His passion for people is at the core of everything he does in business and life. People who know Jim well, know he is all about relationships and gives unconditionally to those around him.
Originally from Upstate New York, Jim accepted a baseball scholarship to the University of Montevallo (UM), an NCAA Division II school just outside of Birmingham, Alabama, where he not only played ball but also sewed his entrepreneurial roots in building a sports broadcasting network for the university.
He then built a sports recruiting tech marketplace in NextSpex, before exiting in 2010 to build Iron Tribe Fitness from one gym to more than 45 gyms across America.
After almost seven years of leadership at Iron Tribe, Jim stepped down as President of the company and sold his ownership to spend his time in building a new SaaS brand in Influencer (INFLCR).
More than 15,000 pro and college athlete INFLCR app users from over 500 NCAA Division I INFLCR college team SaaS clients, access their INFLCR app on a daily basis, to access their pictures and videos in real-time from games, practices and other team-related activities. INFLCR recently merged with sports tech titan Teamworks, to grow this athlete user network beyond 100,000 over the next year and continue its growth into pro sports, where more than 500 athletes in the NBA and NFL are already active on the INFLCR platform.

In addition to her store management experience, Yazmin also has a great deal of experience with makeup artistry, leading a desk for Trish McEvoy from 2004 to 2005; a skill she still uses to this day.
Recently, after having her second (2011) and third (2013) children with her husband Jim, Yazmin began working from home, doing freelance makeup artistry for weddings and big events, along with spray tanning and body hair wax removal. She has served over 150 women over the past 3+ years, while having the flexibility to be with her children at all times of day.
This experience led to the creation of the Glow app, which connects beauty professionals like Yazmin, to women who desire to receive hair, makeup or spray tan services in an on demand fashion.

"Hi, John, Al and Rob here. We created NoBullCON with zero bucks, and way too much ignorance. A few months later we had a $6 billion company as our naming sponsor and GaryVee, AJV, David Meltzer and Constance Scwartz-Morini ready to sling some fire to help us all get to the next level. If we can do it, so can you
Because you are worth 97 bucks aren't you?
We hand-picked speakers willing to give you info that they don't give out for free on social.
You don't think our 30 speakers and 2-days of fire are worth it? No sweat. (But you better prove it 😏)
Simple. If you want to build the biggest business in your industry, this is the conference for you. Business growers, owners and starters - let’s make it happen this year.
I am most excited for NoBullCon for the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful minds in business and now that it is digital I have the ability to network with businessmen and women around the world!
I have been following Gary Vee online for a number of years and have read all of his books. There is no doubt in my mind that he will deliver big time at NoBullCON. With so much craziness in 2020 and into 2021, I look forward to hearing what business leaders are doing to adapt and thrive. What they have learned from a turmoil situation and where they are going in 2021 and beyond. What tips and tricks do they have for business owners to help them keep moving forward and keep growing. My goal is to find a few key points that I can practically apply to my businesses in todays market.
...and much more!
